Two Shepherds has become one of our top Cali producers as their wines just better & better. This carbonic maceration – aka a winemaking method that accentuates the fruit – Carignan is our favorite red they’ve made. Super juicy yet with serious ‘bones’, as in 75 year old dry farmed organic vines and very low sulfur additions. The result is crushed berry and wild herb paradise with a savory twist that keeps us coming back for more.
